Hello, my name is Jane, and I am an 'Associate of the London College of Music' (ALCM TD), Composer and Children's Author.
As a piano teacher with more than 30 years of experience, I am pleased to offer piano lessons from my music studio in Frettenham, Norwich.
I've taught pupils between the ages of 4-84 years old, always valuing the importance of learning at your own pace and keeping it fun!
So, whether you are brushing up on old skills or learning new ones, you wish your child to learn, or you are an adult who has always wanted to play piano, remember it is never too late to learn!

My experience and love for music
I am a passionate piano teacher dedicated to creating a supportive and inspiring musical environment for my students.
Coming from a long line of musicians, I began to play the piano at the early age of just 4 years old, and after many years of study, I then went on to achieve my degree in music. At this time, not only had I gained a great understanding of music, but I was soon to discover that I had a natural teaching ability when teaching children and adults alike!
I am a DBS certified Piano tutor, and am very flexible with regard to lesson times. With over 30 years of experience and specialising in beginners, I value the importance of the correct technique from the very beginning, which in turn assists every student to reach their full potential as they progress forward.
Even though I am classically trained, I believe that once the basic skills have been mastered to the best of your ability, it is important to learn to play the genre of music of your choice, whether that be classical, modern, Jazz, show tunes etc.
Known for my patience and understanding, and allowing each student to learn at their own pace, I believe that every student's experience of learning should not only be a very productive one, but a very positive one too!
I am the Composer to all of our ‘Beautiful World Classical Music’
It was my chance meeting with my husband, Gary, a producer, who introduced and encouraged me to create very unique pieces of instrumental music, the reason why I became a composer. And after many years in the studio working on what is our passion, each of our beautiful 16 track albums were born!
